Netscape 6.2

To get to the mail settings, open the browser, click on Tasks, then Mail & Newsgroups.

This will open your Netscape Inbox.  Click on Edit and then Mail & Newsgroup Account Settings.

This will open.  You will be able to check the username and email address in this screen. 

If you click on Server Settings on the left, you will be able to see the server info.

If you click on Outgoing Server (SMTP) on the left, you'll be able to adjust the outgoing mail server.

If you need to recreate the mail account, you would click on the remove account link on the left side as shown below.

To add a new account, click on New Account on the left side of the screen (shown above).  You will then be prompted to choose ISP or email provider as shown below.  Then click next.

Enter your name and email address, then click next.

Choose POP and then enter your incoming mail server.  Click next.

Enter your username, then click next.

This can be whatever they want the mail account to be called and click next.

Click finish and you're done!
