To reach the Options for Outlook Express, open the program, click on
'Tools', and select 'Options'
This is the General Tab, you can change quite a few things here. You can change these as you
see fit, they will not bear an impact on your connection. These settings only change the way Outlook
works locally on your computer.
On the 'Send' tab, you can set weather Outlook Express will send mail and news as HTML or not.
Generally, it's good to disable this. Even though HTML is a great way to make an impression to
other people, some recipients will not be able to read you HTML messages, because they do not have an
Email client that can read it, or they read their mail and news on their servers respectively.
This is to set options for the News functions of Outlook Express. You can arrange them as you
see fit.
