1. What is the AcmeNet Refer-A-Friend (RAF) program?
Under the AcmeNet Refer-A-Friend (RAF) program, referring a friend to AcmeNet Members may earn $20 for each person they refer to become a New AcmeNet Member. In order to qualify, a New Member must enter the AcmeNet referring Member's AcmeNet email address (user@acmenet.net) in the field designated for recommendation during the registration process. The New Member must also remain an active AcmeNet member for the first 3 months following registration.
2. How much do I earn for Referring a friend as part of the Refer-A-Friend (RAF) program? A Referring Member will earn $20 for each New Member they refer who satisfies all of the program requirements.
3. What are the conditions that a New Member must meet so that I can earn a $20 recommendation payment? A qualifying "New Member" is a new subscriber who:
i) registers for the standard AcmeNet service through a CD, floppy disk or on the Internet,
ii) provides the AcmeNet e-mail address (user@acmenet.net) of one Referring Member during the registration process,
iii) pays for service using a valid credit card or electronic check,
iv) and remains an active member with an account in good standing for the first three months following registration. A New Member cannot be a current or former subscriber to any AcmeNet service.
4. Where should my friend enter my email address, indicating that I referred them to AcmeNet Service? Your friend should enter your AcmeNet email address (an email address with @acmenet.net as the mail domain) in the box designated for recommendation during the registration process. This box is designated by, "Did a AcmeNet member refer our service? If so, click here."
No recommendation, corrections, or updates may be provided after registration is completed.
5. When and how will I receive my $20 recommendation payment? Once a New Member you referred has satisfied all of the program requirements, AcmeNet will pay you approximately 45 days after any recommendation payments are earned.
Payments will be sent via check to the address specified in the Referring Member's member profile. To update your member profile, select "Options" at the top of the main AcmeNet interface, then select "Update Member Profile". If the option is not available in the AcmeNet software interface, go to our website at www.acmenet.net.
6. Is there a limit to the number of New Members I can refer? No. Currently there is no limit to the number of New Members
you may refer to AcmeNet Service. As long as the New Member you refer meets all the program
requirements, you will earn the $20 recommendation payment.
7. How do I know how many people I have referred to the ACMENET service? Referring Members may check the status of New Members referred to AcmeNet at by login in the members section of our website at www.acmenet.net.
8. What if I am encountering a problem or have a question that is not answered here? Please report any problems or send additional questions to support@acmenet.net.

9. I Referred a Friend to your service and I have not received payment yet. Why? If you have not received payment, either the friend you referred has not signed up for our service or they have not met the minimum requirements.
10. What are the minimum requirements a Referred Friend has to meet before I can receive payment? Anyone you refer to use our service must meet the following requirements before you can receive payment: a. The friend has to have our service for a period of three months. b. The friend has to include your email address as the person who referred them to our service during the signup process.
11. If my referral has met all the requirements and qualifications, how long does it take to receive payment? It can take up to 45 day to receive your money after the referred friend has met the qualifications
