For any messages quarantined as junk email or
having a Virus, you can read the sender and subject of the suspicious
messages and choose whether you would like them removed or delivered.

Remove: If you select remove, the
message will not be delivered to your inbox. The message is moved to the
"Removed" folder where it will expire on a periodic basis.

Deliver: Legitimate email should be delivered
to your inbox. After you select "Deliver" a message, you'll be
prompted whether or not you want to "approve" the sender to
your Approved Senders list. Approving this will prevent future messages
from that address from being quarantined in your Message Center.
Delivered messages are moved to the "Delivered" folder.
Virus Quarantine:

To remove message from your virus quarantine,
check the box next to the message you wish to block, or click the box next to Sender to select
all. When you have the messages you want to remove selected, click the remove
button.

To read the body of the message, click on the
subject line. Once you read the message, you can decide whether to
remove or deliver it.

Junk Email Quarantine:

To remove messages from your Junk Email
quarantine, check the box next to the message you wish to block, or click the box next to Sender
to select all. When you have the messages you want to remove selected, click the
Remove button.

To read the body of the message, click on the
subject line. Once you read the message, you can decide whether to
remove or deliver it.

To deliver messages from your Junk Email
quarantine, check the box next to the message you wish to send, or click the box next to Sender
to select all. When you have the messages you want to deliver selected, click
the Deliver button. You will then come to this screen:
