Can I use an ATM or debit card to pay?
Yes. You can use your debit card as long as it has a Visa or
MasterCard logo on it.
When will the first charge to my account take place?
AcmeNet will process your first charge within the first 3 days of your signup.
Can I pay by check or money order?
No, AcmeNet does not accept payment by check or money order,
How do I change my credit card / billing information?
You can change your billing information in the following ways:
sending an email to billing@acmenet.net, using our online form to update your records, by calling us
at 866-815-4506 or writing to us and mailing your request to AcmeNet - P.O. Box 12594 - Albany, NY 12212.
When does billing take place for monthly accounts?
Your initial charge is within three days of signing up.
All future charges will be made to your account on a monthly basis, three days before the
anniversary date of when you singed up. For EXAMPLE: If you sign up Feb. 7th, your first charge
will be between Feb 7-10. Your next charge will take place in the following month (March 5 to 7th).
Why was my credit card declined?
If your credit card was declined when you signed up, this may be
caused by several factors. Our system does extensive fraud checking. You need to be sure you enter the
exact name and address that the credit card company has on file. This is done to protect you
from fraudulent use of your credit card. If your credit card company issues you a new card with a
different expiration date, you'll need to let us know so that you avoid service interruption and a
reactivation fee.
I signed up but I never started using the account, will I be charged?
Yes. AcmeNet charges as soon as your information is accepted
by our system. AcmeNet charges monthly per account regardless of account usage.
Can I change my billing date?
No. AcmeNet's billing system was designed to charge your
account every month on the day you signed up.
Which credit cards can I use with AcmeNet?
We currently accept Visa and MasterCard, American Express,
and Discover credit and debit cards.
Does AcmeNet accept direct withdrawal from my bank account?
Unfortunately at this moment, Acmenet Does not do direct withdrawals from a
bank account. We only accept major credit cards.
